Description
The temperature is controlled by the connection of digital display instrument and temperature sensor. The hot air circulation system is divided into horizontal type and vertical type. According to the accurate calculation, the air source is driven by the air supply motor to drive the wind wheel through the electric heater to send the hot air to the air duct and then enter the oven working room, and the used air is sucked into the air duct to become the air source for circulating heating again. Thus, the temperature uniformity can be effectively improved. If the box door is opened and closed in use, the air supply circulation system can quickly restore the operating temperature value.
Structure of industrial oven
The industrial oven is a double-layer structure, the shell is made of angle steel sheet, and the fiber material is filled between the inner and outer double shell. The fiber material used in industrial oven is mostly aluminum silicate, which can play the role of heat preservation and form a reliable insulation layer. Industrial oven is equipped with hot air circulation system and temperature measurement and control system.
PLC Controller
The PLC controller provides high-precision heating process, operators could set the desired temperature and heating time accurately on the panel, which digitally shows on LED screen.
Once the curing time arrive, the oven will stop heating automatically. The control panel also includes safety devices: alarm light and emergency stop buttons, etc.
